Paper Menus and Flyers
A Buffet and Chef’s Menu during the summer of 2015 when I was Kitchen Manager at the Skyroom Restaurant at Indiana Beach amusement resort in Monticello, Indiana. The steamboat logo was pulled from a silver foil embossed version from the cover of a 1970s-era menu, using Adobe Photoshop. (Microsoft Publisher)
A concept Pub menu for Splash Universe in Dundee, Michigan. The “Treehouse Pub & Grub” logo was pulled from a photo of the 2008 menu board, and the image of the Pub as seen from the waterpark floor was inserted into the treeline image using Adobe Photoshop. (Microsoft Publisher)
Menu Boards
Menu boards for the Snack Shack at Splash Universe in Dundee, Michigan. Designed full-size at 22″ x 30″, these were printed on acetate for insertion into the backlit frames behind the POS stations. (Adobe InDesign)
